This section is broadly titled “families” because I purposefully keep all of my family work together. Whatever kind of love you have, as long as it’s real and deep, I want to tell your story. Whether you’re a couple, expecting your first babe, just welcomed a newborn, or have older children, your session will be focused around authentic, intimate moments. After all, preserving our love through photography allows us to cherish life's most precious memories forever.

Notice how you can’t tell where most of my photos were taken? That’s on purpose. I’ve spent years scouting spots in NJ where nondescript backdrops set the tone for timeless images. These locations are easy to get to, but relatively private, so you and your family can just focus on each other and being yourselves.
Quick + Easy Digital Delivery
Your images will be delivered digitally within 1-2 weeks of your session. However, I no longer offer direct ordering for prints & print products. Of course I will still provide recommendations for where you can get these items made.

frequently asked questions
What time will our session be?
I only offer sessions at sunrise or sunset (though I have yet to have a family want to shoot at sunrise). This may sound like a pain, especially if you’r kiddos go to bed around sunset, but believe me it’s worth it for that gorgeous light! Typically sessions are 60-90 minutes before sunset, during the golden hour, and can stretch into the blue hour right as the sun does down. Sometimes I’ll ask for us to meet a little earlier if the location or weather necessitates.
Can you photoshop my chin, arm, butt, etc.?
I prefer to edit my photos the way I live my life: mindfully, a bit moody, and accepting of the imperfections. Why? Because loving ourselves is more important than anything else. Your images will be artistically edited for color and style, but I do not offer retouching or photoshopping under any circumstances. That being said, I understand self-acceptance is a never ending and sometimes very difficult journey. If there’s a body part you’re still learning to love, please tell me beforehand so we can work together to help you feel comfortable during your session. I promise me and my bingo wings won’t judge.
What happens to my images after the gallery expires?
I save them forever. Yes, forever. Your RAW files (the unedited versions) are deleted after final gallery is delivered, but rest assured I’ll always have the JPG files. My ongoing archive is backed up across multiple hard drives (including one in a fireproof/waterproof safe) and an off site backup via cloud storage.
What should I do with my digital collection?
MAKE PRINTS! No, really, I’m not kidding. Please print your images. You should also back them up so you always have digital copies, but digital life is not real life. Computers crash. Social media will die one day (at least I hope it will). Prints and albums are how images live on. More importantly, that’s how you and your family are able to regularly see and enjoy your photos. Along with the final gallery, I send every client recommendations for a few labs that strike a good balance of cost and quality so you can print yourself.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, all sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to secure your date. Booking is online and very simple. The remaining balance will be due 7 days before your session. All sales are final and nonrefundable.
